I might have taken our mobile food business for granted, working on the weekends, making an ok living and having a good lifestyle. This is on the back of years of hard work in our restaurant and working in boring jobs.
Never did we think the sounds of crowds the busy noise of a venue would be missed so much. We just never thought this would happen to us, the events industry is always running no matter what…. Well that’s what we thought.
Left and right, true or false the reality is that we have to adapt and create. We need to focus on change. Change our business adapt to new rules and regulations.
As a foodie, I hope that people will want to come out after the storm and support our mobile vendors, be it food crafts or anything Victorian. We will need a bucket load of support to get back up and trade. So please buy Victorian either online or at the wonderful markets and Festivals that will come back.
As we slowly come back from Isolation and Quarantine, markets will return, festivals will start planning for 2021 and people will plan their wedding and events. Let’s check out the Road map:

It’s been a real eye-opener for our industry and a unique chance to step back and recreate, re-evaluate our businesses. I hope there has been a change for the better for you and your life and Business during covid.
See you on the other side and please stay safe.
