My vision has been to shine a spotlight on some of the colorful characters who have made such a vibrant impact on Victoria’s market and festival scene over the years. There are so many brilliant “larrikins” out there with stories that deserve to be heard – tales of creativity, resilience, community…even a bit of mischief!

I also aim to provide a platform for these mavericks to share insights, best practices, challenges, innovations, and news related to managing and growing a small business in this one-of-a-kind industry. My hope is that by giving vendors and organizers a place to promote their brands while lending their expertise, it will empower and inspire the next generation of Victorians wanting to get into this crazy industry.
